Refund policy

By making a purchase from us, you agree to these terms in full. 

If you are not satisfied with an order a Refund can 

 Customers are responsible for making all necessary enquiries before placing an order. we are always proactive to respond to any enquires you may have as regard any listed products

 

Immediate Inspection Required
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right according to the resources available to us. 

You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt and no later than 24hours after pickup from the logistics company.

Any report of missing items, defects, or quality issues should be reported immediately
Keep a full, clear, continuous unboxing video from start to finish without cuts  as proof in case of shipping damage. Without this, no claim will be entered.

Refunds on the website for any reason that arises for the need of refund is processed by default into your customer account as store credit or account provided



Special Exceptions –  Store Credit withdrawal is done Only If Approved in Writing Authorizing the withdrawal.


1. You must first return the item you received in original condition unworn, unused, with all tags, accessories, gifts, and original packaging intact.


2. Receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.


3. All return shipping labels are subject to preapproval.


4. Any item sent without our prior written approval will be refuted

If approved, you will be issued a return shipping label and instructions. Refunds (if any) will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.


If in Special case a return is accepted , You must return what  you received it first unworn or unused, with tags & gifts sent with the package and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note you bear the cost of Returning an item to us, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not accept an exchange or Refund without a provided evidence to back your claim. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right according to the resources available to us. After the day of pickup by you the customer we will not Accept an exchange or return on a defective product as we do not know how handling or SETUP has been while in your custody. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like Gift items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and Wigs due to hygiene reason ). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We never accept returns or exchanges for:

Gift items, perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom, personalized or preorder items

Beauty products, wigs, sex toy, and personal care items (hygiene reasons)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

Sale items or items free gifts

With 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sales items or gift, All sales on our website are Final .


Exchanges
In exceptional cases where an exchange is approved, The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

There is an Exchange fee attached to Approved items for exchange or Return. 


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped or shipped already, you can not cancel or return your order within 20 days, for any reason , An order cancelation fee will be deducted 

Shipping rate are provided for the flat rate of 4kg items Above the weight will attract additional charges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
